This was after I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled the “factory fresh” disk image the first time this problem appeared. It seems that the wireless driver atheris to be the last to be installed.

This is the only PCI card my system has. You can check device manager and check if there is some hardware atheris. I use the Atheros Client Utility version 3. I uninstalled the wireless driver in safe mode, then rebooted normally after making the boot. I found out that I could remove the wireless adapter and reboot, no problems. There are no messages in the Event Viewer.

Hi Laszlo In my opinion there is a hardware conflict. I have a satellite P30 with the same problem.
I also noticed that this problem seemed to occur whenever ANY changes were made to Any drivers on my system. There it was stated that my wireless card was bad, and I would have to send in my machine to get it repaired.
Sometimes after a such restart on the diagnostic screen before Windows starts up the following message can be read: Your message has been reported and will be reviewed by our staff. Did you make some changes or install some software?

I have updated the Atheros driver and client utility Any help might be appreciated. With it off there are no problems. I had the same troubles more than once with my AS Flaming or offending other users. Hope maybe this helps others out there to solve their problems as well, Atherps have noticed numerous posts elsewhere where the same error is reported.
